All costs included
Our prices include all mandatory costs: VAT, tourist tax, gas, water and electricity — including EV charging — final cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen. No security deposit is required.
Flexible stays
Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. The minimum stay is three nights. You can cancel free of charge up to one month before arrival. See our Q&A for more details.
House rules
Breeze21 is a non-smoking holiday home and pets are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old, except for babies or young children staying with a couple. Please note that we do not provide special facilities for babies or young children.
